At first glance, everything was very simple - stop the mad scientist, free the lands and ride off into the sunset. But sometimes the defeat of one villain only opens the way for even more sinister forces. The incredible adventure continues as Van Helsing, the famous monster hunter, returns to save the world once again in the company of his enchanting ghostly companion, Lady Katarina. The gothic metropolis of mad science is on the brink of destruction - the streets are in chaos, and a new enemy is hatching plans for revenge. It´s time to delve into the dark side of Borgova and into the forbidden wilds, but beware - you´re not the only one hiding behind the mask.

• Three different classes - in the continuation of the adventure in the style of gothic noir, you can choose from three very different classes: the classic hunter, wielding firearms and melee skills; a thaumaturge who specializes in magical rites; and a mechanic-sorcerer, an expert in deadly traps. All of these classes are included in the base version of the game.

• Hunter´s Lair - You can visit the Lair again in the sequel. This is an ideal place to store collected treasures, trade with non-player characters, teleport around the world, create new items, use the alchemy laboratory and receive new tasks from allies who have joined the Resistance to fight evil science.

• An expanded Tower Defense mini-game where you defend your Lair and other strategic areas from waves of enemies, using traps and several upgradeable features to ward off evil. The mini-game mechanics have now been improved, and 7 more levels have been added as additional side quests.

• Resistance Leadership - As the head of the Borgovian Resistance, you will command allied forces, improve the equipment of Resistance fighters and search for items that will strengthen them.

• Rage System - You can charge up to three skill modifiers, called buffs, for up to 8 active skills. To do this, you use rage points received for impressive achievements.

• Unique companion - Lady Katarina, a sharp-tongued ghost who comes to Van Helsing´s aid, has her own set of abilities, behaviors and two skill trees.

• Creating runes - in addition to creating, enchanting and imbuing objects with essences, there is another option for changing objects to your taste. Artifacts can be disassembled, broken into magical fragments, which can be turned into magical runes. These runes, in turn, can be modified and embedded into new items, turning them into various powerful artifacts.

• Beast in the Lair - The Chimera is a unique creature. This is an artificial monster straight from the depths of Darkness, whose abilities can be improved over time. He can be sent into battle, as well as into the Darkness on a treasure hunt.

• Trophy Hall - The lair can be decorated with trophies that have an impact on the game world, be it strengthening monsters, increasing the magical abilities of all allies, or turning Katarina into a deadlier ghost.

• Multiplayer mode - compete with friends in PVP mode (8 players) or join forces and go through the story campaign in co-op mode (4 players).
