Men of War: Red Tide is the sequel to the critically acclaimed real-time strategy game Men of War. A new story campaign based on the writings of the writer Alexander Zorich has been added to Red Tide, as well as dozens of new or improved units and types of weapons.
Men of War: Red Tide is a great mix of real-time strategy and third-person action, featuring a new military force renowned for its high performance in the midst of World War II. Set in over 20 missions, Men of War: Red Tide allows you to take command of an elite battle group of Soviet Marines, the formidable Black Pea Coats specializing in coastline combat.
The player can directly control game units, including Black Pea coats, tanks, self-propelled guns, armored trains, landing craft, artillery and enemy weapons that can be captured and used. Air support can now be provided by fighters, bombers, flying boats; cruisers, destroyers and gunboats provide fire support from the sea.
Taking part in the battles of the Black Sea campaign, admirers of the history of the Second World War will recognize such theaters of military operations as the defense of Odessa, Sevastopol, the liberation of Nikolaev, Eltigen and Constanta.
