"Omerta - City of Gangsters" is a simulator with tactical turn-based combat. As a newly arrived immigrant dreaming of a better life, you will have to fight your way to the top of the criminal pyramid in 1920s Atlantic City. Starting with small tasks, your character will organize a gang and expand the influence of the empire, taking away territory from other gangsters. He would eventually build his own crime syndicate and become the de facto ruler of Atlantic City.
