Сработало, но с впн повозиться пришлось, бебра выдавала айпи швейцарии, да и с касперычем со 2 попытки только удалось.

Самому не получилось оплатить - VPN не подошёл, но продавец предложил сам в итоге вошёл в аккаунт и за минуту поменял регион. Немного волновался, но в итоге всё отлично - спасибо!
