• New map. Instead of prison corridors and guards, you will now be greeted by the nightmarishly uncomfortable walls of an abandoned hospital somewhere on the outskirts of the city. Your task is to get out of the clutches of the mad scientist and escape. Preferably alive and with all limbs.
• New items. Customize your character in Halloween style, unlock new traits and clothes, craft and experiment.
• New challenges. Every riddle has many solutions. Just like in the original The Escapists 2, you can choose your play style. Escape silently or with special effects, get out at any cost!
