Купил премиум издание, Беларусь, без смены региона, получил гифт и активировал. Спасибо.
В самом стиме не пишет, что это премиум. Можно проверить через сайт https://steamdb.info/sub/882250/ это для премиум изданий, https://steamdb.info/sub/882254/ это для обычных. https://steamdb.info/sub/882250/ после привязки/авторизации через стим, нужно открыть профиль, на сайте должна появится надпись Owned.
