В этой кампании вы пройдёте более 30 процедурно генерируемых карт — от заброшенного замка короля Драгги до захваченных ящерами берегов восточной Кельдонии, чтобы, наконец, столкнуться с Неименуемым. Выберите своего генерала из нескольких героев, каждый из которых обладает собственными умениями, армиями и преимуществами, получите награды за победу на картах и усовершенствуйте свои стратегии. Эта кампания способна предложить бесконечные повторные прохождения. Вкупе с новым режимом «Железная дева», «Налёт» бросает вызов вашему опыту игры в Fantasy General II.
В кампанию «Вторжение» также была добавлена бонусная карта, на которой вы найдёте новые воздушные отряды и клан Иолейр — племя наездников на орлах, которым вам придётся помочь, чтобы заручиться поддержкой гигантских птиц.
