Crouching Pony Hidden Dragon (CPHD)— интересная, забавная, но достаточно сложная action-RPG игра с ретро-графикой. Все любители хардкорных RPG и пони (интересное сочетание, правда?) обязательно достойно оценят этот продукт.
На первый взгляд игра кажется обычной линейной аркадой, что совсем не соответствует действительности. На самом деле CPHD – это игра, вобравшая в себя механику Run’N Gun и элементы из таких известных ролевых игр, как Zelda или Secret of Mana.
В ходе прохождения игрокам придётся детально исследовать каждый уровень в поисках полезных ресурсов: бонусов, аптечек, монет, зелий, особых техник ниндзя и т. п. Сундуки с сокровищами могут храниться везде. На заработанные деньги можно покупать усовершенствования в магазине для ниндзя. Количество денег довольно невелико, тратьте их с умом.
Crouching Pony Hidden Dragon поддерживает локальный мультиплеер, что позволяет найти новых друзей и сражаться с ними плечом к плечу. Впрочем, друзей можно и лишиться в нелёгкой конкуренции за ограниченные ресурсы.
