Для незнающих, информация с help.openai.com о лимитах подписки plus
ChatGPT Plus users can send up to 160 messages with GPT-5 every 3 hours. After reaching this limit, chats will switch to the mini version of the model until the limit resets. This is a temporary increase and will revert to the previous limit in the near future.
If you’re on Plus or Business, you can also manually select the GPT-5-Thinking model from the model picker with a usage limit of up to 3,000 messages per week. Once you reach the weekly limit, you’ll see a pop-up notification, and GPT-5-Thinking will no longer be selectable from the menu.
Automatic switching from GPT-5 to GPT-5-Thinking does not count toward this weekly limit, and GPT-5 may still switch to GPT-5-Thinking after you’ve reached it.
