Nebuchadnezzar is a classic isometric city-building simulator that invites players to immerse themselves in the mysterious history and culture of ancient Mesopotamia. In the campaign, players get to control powerful historical cities filled with magnificent monuments.
Gameplay
Build your city while overseeing the production of various agricultural products and goods for your population. Solve problems, prevent population loss, trade with other cities, manage relations with other countries, take care of different classes of population and types of employees in different industries and services, and much more. The gameplay is aimed at all types of players: from those new to the genre to experienced strategists.
Campaign
The main campaign contains over a dozen historical missions, spanning the period from the colonization of ancient lands to the Persian conquest of Babylon in the 6th century BC. Each mission evokes a different period of Ancient Mesopotamia´s history, providing a comprehensive historical experience. Players must complete tasks relevant to the specific time and location of each mission, including the construction of historical monuments.
Monuments
During the campaign, players will not only build complex ancient monuments, but also design them. Nebuchadnezzar features an in-game monument editor, giving players full control over their buildings. From structural design to color scheme and final details, everything is in the hands of the player. Will you recreate history or make history? It´s up to you.
Modifications and localization
Nebuchadnezzar was created with mods and localization in mind. Expand your experience with full mod support from new buildings, new goods, production chains and even new maps, missions and campaigns. It is almost completely modifiable. There will be no problems with mod localization either. You can create mods in multiple languages and/or add languages to existing ones. This also applies to the base game.
