The war game "The Art of War: Kursk 1943" is dedicated to the Battle of Kursk, a grandiose battle that went down in history as one of the most important stages of the Great Patriotic War. In two large-scale campaigns on the southern face of the Kursk Bulge, the motorized division "Great Germany" and the sixty-seventh Guards Rifle Division will oppose each other. From the first to the last battle, the player will command one of these units: a German division in one campaign, a Soviet division in another. This technique allows you to fully assess the tactical and technical capabilities of both armies. The player will have to carefully plan each battle and select the necessary types of troops. The fulfillment of the task depends not only on where his unit will be sent in the next battle, but also on the composition of the reinforcement units, the amount of artillery and air support that the player will receive at his disposal. When moving on to the next task, losses of military equipment and soldiers are taken into account.
