NoseBound is a modern point and click game that offers a confusing detective story. Combining entertaining puzzles and dramatic action scenes, the game immerses the player in an enchanted, twisted circle of deception, a noir atmosphere and a very peculiar opponent. In NoseBound, you play as the character Ray Hammond, a private investigator with a dark past and unconventional methods of doing his job. The story takes you back and forth, from the end to the very beginning. You have a chance to find out what happened, how it happened, and live the story on your own. The phone rings, you arm yourself with basic detective gear and leave the office. You start an investigation, interrogate some acquaintances, sniff out evidence, and as soon as you poke your nose deep enough, big problems begin. Problems that you can solve with your mind or weapons. The NoseBound UNIVERSE is largely inspired by the works of H. F. Lovecraft (The Call of Cthulhu), Raymond Chandler (The Big Sleep), and Dashiell Hammett (Red Harvest). There is also excellent work on several authors of the occult. Such as Aleister Crowley, Eliphas Levi, Papus, and even Cornelius Agrippa. And when we say inspiration, it means that the play is not a transcription of the plays of any of these authors, but is aimed at achieving something new and carnal by combining this mixture of elements, I mean, fresh.
