LAYOUT – Get the most from every room through judicious placement of the key furniture, to enable your buyers to picture themselves in their future home DECORATION – An option for the most creative players who want to try their hand at decorating their house down to the finest details, from a candle on a chest of drawers to the exact placement and colour of the cushions on the sofa!CONSTRUCTION – Select the subcontractors according to your remaining budget, and supervise the site, while being ready to react to chance events – after all, construction work is notorious for never going exactly to plan!Once the construction phase is complete, explore your home with the first-person view!
