Refund Policy

We strive to provide a high-quality service to speed up your internet access. Below are the conditions under which we may issue a full or partial refund for a purchased subscription profile.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Refund requests are processed exclusively in the product purchase chat (in the same chat/marketplace where you purchased the subscription).
1.2. Technical support will review requests on an individual basis, but strictly adhere to the conditions described below.

2. Conditions under which refunds are NOT POSSIBLE

2.1. Client application issues:
Inoperability, errors, or specific features of third-party applications on the user´s device are not grounds for a refund.
Our service provides access to servers and only offers a recommended list of third-party applications for connection. We are not responsible for the functionality of third-party software on your devices.
2.2. Over 100 GB of traffic:
If more than 100 GB of traffic has been used during the current subscription period, the service is considered to have been rendered in full.
2.3. Profile Sharing / More than 10 Devices:
If more than 10 devices have been connected to your subscription profile simultaneously or successively, the service reserves the right to refuse a refund.
2.4. Negative Feedback:
If the user has left a negative review about the service before contacting support in the purchase chat or before the issue has been resolved, the refund request will be rejected. We are always happy to resolve any issues that arise through a conversation.

3. How to submit a refund request:

- Contact the support chat where you purchased the subscription (the chat link is available via the link with the product in the email address used to purchase the subscription profile).
- Describe the reason for the request.
