Return and Claims Policy

Nintendo eShop activation codes are digital goods and are transferred to the buyer immediately after payment.

Claims regarding code inoperability will only be accepted if there is an uninterrupted video recording of the activation process, from the moment the code message is opened until the activation result is displayed in Nintendo eShop. The video must clearly show the code, account, store region, and the error (if any).

Claims regarding a code issue must be submitted no later than 24 hours after purchase.

Claims will not be considered in the following cases:

• There is no video recording of the activation process;
• The video has been edited, interrupted, or begins after the code has been entered;
• More than 24 hours have passed since the purchase;
• The code was entered in the wrong Nintendo eShop region;
• The buyer mistakenly purchased the product for the wrong region, account, or platform;
• The code was previously activated on the buyer´s account or a third party´s account.

After verifying the materials provided, the seller reserves the right to request additional information. Refunds or code replacements are only possible if the technical fault in the code is confirmed to be due to the seller´s fault.
