У продавца не настроена работа ботов по выдаче кодов , они просто не работают, 2 дня подряд, продавец не идет на встречу, пишет что проблему решает, но ничего не решает, и пытается еще меня в этом обвинить.
Бот работает нормально и уже обслужил более 600 клиентов, и он был залогинен, но его постоянно разлогинивало с аккаунта, потому что он не следовал инструкциям и не выходил в оффлайн.Он ни разу не прочитал инструкцию и просто спросил меня, как выйти в оффлайн. Он хочет, чтобы бот выдавал ему коды несколько раз, хотя бот специально настроен выдавать их только один-два раза, чтобы избежать злоупотреблений, и я уже объяснил ему это, но вот мы снова в 5 утра, далеко за пределами рабочего времени, а он спамил в чате, требуя ещё один код от бота, а бот не выдаёт, потому что уже выдал ему коды несколько раз ранее. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The bot works fine and it worked with 600+ customers and he has been logged in, he kept getting logged out from the account because he did not follow the instructions and did not go offline. He did not read the instructions once so far and just asked me how to go offline He wants the bot to provide him the codes multiple times even though it is designed to only provide once or twice to avoid abuse and I have already explained that to him but here we are at 5 am well beyond working hours and he was spamming in the chat demanding another code from the bot and the bot wont providing him as it already provided him before multiple times.

I kept being kicked out of the account and had to login many times. both on steam and ubisoft connect. even when I go offline, then again next time I have to login and get steam code and ubisoft connect code from the seller again and again. I had bought ubisoft games from other sellers before and never had this problem. I WANT A REFUND NOW!!!
Imagine not reading the instructions and then not going offline and playing online then blaming the seller for getting kicked from the account over and over. Simply if you had read the simple instructions as I instructed this would not have happened, all he had to do is go offfline and his claim " I had bought ubisoft games from other sellers before and never had this problem." is just pure lies as this is standard instructions on how to go offline on any Ubisoft account
