Then, go to the "Sanctuary" location and find the NPC "Andrei from Yon´s Trade Guild" (the name may differ in the Russian localization).

Interact with him to open the auction window.

In the auction window, go to the "My Showcase" (or "My Stall") tab.

📝 What to include in the chat message and listing?
The item name,

all its stats (damage, defense, skill levels),

a list of affixes (properties) and their values,

the "Tempered" tag (if the item has undergone tempering).
