I bought the card with 20$ on it and tried to use it on a website to buy 3d model for printing. However the payment haven´t proceeded and card wasn´t accepted. I´ve contacted the site´s support but they told that this wasn´t a problem from their side and they can´t do anything to help me with it. I would like to have a refund
