I purchased a VPN from Plati.Market, but it does not work. It keeps asking me for 2FA or a recovery code.

The product you sold is not as described. You are a misleading seller.

To access the real VPN functionalities (protocols like OpenVPN or WireGuard, account settings, etc.), it requires a valid username and password on the official site. However, the account is locked with 2FA or a recovery code, which you did not provide.

This means I cannot use the service as advertised.

I demand an immediate refund. I am tired of scammers like this.
