I purchased this product specifically because it was advertised as **Copilot Pro + Office 365**. However, after activation, my account showed a **Microsoft 365 Family subscription**, rather than a separate Copilot Pro subscription as I understood and specifically requested.

To be clear, my issue is **not that the activation failed or that no subscription was delivered**. I acknowledge that a Microsoft 365 Family subscription was successfully activated on my account.

My concern is that I specifically purchased this listing for **Copilot Pro**. Therefore, this is not simply about my expectations regarding particular features or models. The fundamental question is whether the specific product advertised and purchased as **Copilot Pro + Office 365** was actually what I received.

Before and after the activation, I clearly explained that my requirement was Copilot Pro. When I raised the discrepancy, I was given explanations regarding Microsoft 365 Family and Copilot benefits rather than a clear resolution to whether a Copilot Pro subscription had been provided.

I appreciate the seller´s effort and support during the activation process, and I am not questioning that they successfully activated a subscription. However, successful activation alone does not resolve my concern regarding whether the **specific product I intended to purchase and believed was advertised—Copilot Pro—was actually delivered**.

For this reason, I cannot recommend this listing to buyers specifically looking for a genuine Copilot Pro subscription. I strongly recommend that future buyers clarify exactly what subscription will be activated and what Copilot access they will receive before making a purchase.
