Сначала не разобрался что к чему, но потом написал в поддержку они подсказали что да как, начал скачку игры ,посмотрим ,что будет, пока всем доволен, по итогу все отпишу позже.

Сначало дали не рабочий аккаунт, потом заменили и всё подошло.
