I bought an account and initially everything was fine, there was no issue and I could use it, however, later on, I was unable to use the VPN properly as clearly there was one or more people connected to it and the account reached the session limit, making it impossible for me to use the VPN, I contacted the seller about this and they didn´t reply, then I contacted them again and they asked for me to send them a screenshot, which I did, again, they didn´t reply, so now I am writing this bad review as I have given the seller multiple opportunities to rectify this issue.
It states in your description of this product that I will be able to connect to the VPN on up to 6 devices, however I´m not able to connect on 1, hence the review.
Update: Seller has replaced the account, everything seems okay so far and I´m able to use it on two separate sessions.
