The seller did not follow the instructions and failed to complete the purchase. The $400 transaction, for which I also paid an additional $250 fee, failed — this was confirmed by both the payment processor and the merchant, including the seller´s own bank, which marked the funds as "authorized" but never "clean" or "confirmed." The funds were clearly declined.
On May 5th, I saw clear confirmation that the money had not been refunded — the transaction still shows as authorized. It has been 12 days, and I’m still left without the money and without the product. I paid 650$.
