The Hidden Trap: The listing advertises "offline activation" but purposely hides a critical limitation: the account is completely INCOMPATIBLE with Cloud Gaming. The seller falsely claims "everyone knows offline means no cloud." This is a lie. "Offline mode" simply means no multiplayer features; it does NOT inherently mean the EA App/Denuvo will block virtual machines. They purposely omit this technical restriction to trick cloud gamers into buying, and you only find out after they take your money. 2. The Seller´s Lies: The seller is falsely claiming I left a negative review to "extort" a refund or exchange. The absolute truth? Because their hidden rule made the product physically unusable for me, I reached out PRIVATELY and politely asked for a simple exchange or refund as a fair compromise to resolve the misunderstanding. 3. Terrible Attitude: Instead of providing normal customer support, the seller instantly became arrogant, insulting, and completely inflexible. They refused to help, essentially telling me: "I sent the credentials, your money is mine now, do not write nonsense." I have not touched, played, or used this account at all. I am leaving this review because of their deceptive description, hostile attitude, and total lack of post-sale support. If you buy from them and face ANY issue, they will blame you, refuse to help, and keep your money. Save yourself the headache and buy from a professional seller.
