I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. I bought a Claude Team seat, and when the seller’s workspace was banned due to their internal issues, it caused my personal Claude account (active since 2023) to be permanently banned as well. The seller admitted that it was a ´seller-side workspace issue´ but refuses to provide a replacement or a full refund, offering only a fraction of the payment. This service carries a hidden risk of losing your own personal account forever. Buyer beware—this purchase cost me my personal history and data, and the seller takes no responsibility.
The buyer received, activated, and used the product for 20 days, 9 hours, and 5 minutes. When a seller-side Team access issue occurred, the buyer was offered a proportional refund of 19.62 USDT for the unused remaining period of 6 days, 14 hours, and 55 minutes, exactly as stated in the warranty terms published before purchase. The product listing explicitly states that if access cannot be restored, only the unused remaining period will be refunded proportionally. It also explicitly states that Claude account bans, suspensions, restrictions, closures, and enforcement decisions made by Claude or Anthropic are outside the seller’s responsibility and warranty coverage. Despite having used the service for more than 20 days, the buyer reported the product as “not delivered” and demanded either a full refund or an entirely new service period. Neither demand is supported by the published terms. All delivery records, service dates, warranty terms, conversation history, and refund calculations are available for review by Plati Administration.
